AI Image Clear is a tool for enhancing images and finding where they appear on public sources. It must be used lawfully and responsibly. Results are informational and never confirm a person's identity. Using the app to stalk, harass, or unlawfully identify anyone is strictly prohibited.

These Terms govern your use of the AI Image Clear app, operated by Nagaland Me, Dimapur, Nagaland, India. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AI Image Clear. By using the app you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. What the app does

The app enhances images you provide and performs a reverse image search against publicly available sources, returning possible matches with links and confidence scores. It may also generate a PDF report of your results.

3. Your account

You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure.

4. Acceptable use

You agree that you will NOT use AI Image Clear to:

  • Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person.
  • Identify or track an individual without a lawful basis.
  • Violate anyone's privacy or any applicable law, including the DPDP Act.
  • Upload images you do not have a lawful right to use.
  • Attempt to identify minors or process images of minors.
  • Make decisions about a person (such as employment, housing, or credit) based on results from the app.
  • Reverse engineer, overload, or abuse the service or its rate limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.

5. Results are informational only

Search results are possible matches drawn from public sources. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not a confirmation of any person's identity. You must not treat results as proof, and you are solely responsible for how you use them.

6. Subscriptions and payments

  • The app offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription.
  • Payments are processed by Apple or Google through your store account.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google policies.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content are owned by Nagaland Me. You keep ownership of the images you upload. You grant us a limited right to process those images only to provide the service to you.

8. Removal requests

If you believe content related to you should be removed from our index, contact support@nagaland.me and we will review your request.

9. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nagaland Me is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any misuse of the app or its results by you or any third party.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Nagaland Me harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the app or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Dimapur, Nagaland.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
